RPTPL’s fabrication facility is well equipped to cater to any design of transformer tank with installed capacity to manufacture up to 200 Tons per Month in our facility. We have received certification of fabrication facility from TUV Rheinland.
In a short span of Eight (8) years, we have successfully manufactured and supplied transformer (in- house fabrication of transformer tank) totalling to more than 50,000 units of various rating to our clients in India and worldwide. We are an esteemed member of various nodal agencies in the sector with proven ability to meet ever changing market demand with high quality product in shortest delivery time.
Along  with fabrication of transformer tank (Fin-wall & radiator type distribution & power transformer tank from 10 KVA up to 20 MVA), we have an expertise to fabricate Core Fixing Clamps, Metal Enclosures, M.BOX, HV/LV Cable Box, Conservator, Cross Arms, 11kV, 22kV & 33kV Power Lines and specialized structure for solar, street lightning and rural electrification.
In order to meet quality expectation of customers; our fabrication department performs various tests like pressure test & UV test to ensure no leakage is present in manufactured tanks & is in a continuous process to develop, improve and update according to the changing competition.
Shot blasting process is carried out to prevent metal fatigue or cracking as well as for cleaning and surface hardening. Also, depending on customer request, spray painting or flow painting is carried out. Our Quality Team checks every process to meet the customer’s satisfaction.
